Manukau Harbour Snapper Fishing

In this episode I take you out fishing on my Yamaha Waverunner fishing jet ski on the Manukau Harbour, Auckland New Zealand. We are fishing with softbaits and soft plastics catching Snapper. The fishing was good with us catching some good sized Snapper on soft bait until the tide turned and the wind picked up, then it was very hard to catch anything and we finished our trip, coming home with 4 nice size Snapper in the cooler on the Yamaha waverunner

Hi. What chilly bin setup you have on the ski? I am in 2 minds about the FXHO and Seadoo Fishpro at this stage which will mostly used with 2 up. Me and my wife. Seadoo sound to be maybe a bit more stable when standing still but Yamaha better cruising around? Not talking about speed but just general handling. Not sure…🤔😏. Just like what you bring to the tube….thanks!

Hey Mike, in the harbour I use 1/2 ounce if the current is slow or up to 1 ounce if the current is fast

It's over $3 a litre here now for 91... Supposed to get a large price increase tonight too, our fuel prices are 54% tax and our government is not doing anything to help the situation... Really hurts the pocket

A lot of people share the same belief as you, personally I think one drink is fine, it's not illegal and doesn't impair my judgement in any way, as a comparison I would see far more risk involved in being over tired on the water
