I never knew Coyoacan was in the point of gentrification....I might stop by....I am hispanic, but Canadian born and raised here in Canada and although I am not Mexican I am IN LOVE with Mexico City and central Mexico. I am taking my two Canadian girlfriends to Mexico City in June, it'll be their first time. We were planning to do Centro Historico, Reforma, Condesa and Roma but I think we might do Coyoacan too! It looks lovely....did you feel safe there all the time?

kinda, but not as much as roma. Coyoacan contains several neighborhoods aside from the center, all cheap and very nice.

Actually, I can inform an individual of the cost of most housing markets in all of the U.S. and Europe. without hesitation... But, I'm ignorant when it comes to Mexico..

@@comrade916 There's mexican sites to view the prices... The houses here are built in concrete and bricks, have no like heat or cooling systems, aside from overhead fans and windows, and all can withstand earthquakes. No basements, but deep foundations and water deposits.
