funny how long it took us to figure this out. well, maybe not Olds Vista Cruiser wagons and Ford Pinto Cruisers. But they are about the only affordable musclecar bodies left....I had a 1975 Country Squire Pinto wagon, there was enough room for sleeping a relief driver on a 24 hr run down to FL. but you are correct, BIM, america has seen the station wagon (named after the horse cart that would bring people and their luggage home from the train station) as a tool, replaced in the 1980's by the minivan and later with the SUV.

Saying Lucky isnt a "fit and finish" guy is missing the mark. Anything that looks rough on his cars is fifty yr old factory problems. All the parts he fits are extremely well done. Anybody thats seen the underside of the shop truck or chevhell will know.

My Dad had the same car when I was a kid. Then we had a 67 marlin. I really remember the seat fabric was black and had this beautiful kind of Fleur de lis pattern. Funny what you remember.
