Very impressive bus. The look is awesome. I'm also really pleased he kept the IRS with the AM chassis. I think the only really shame is the way the engine/trans takes up so much space. I would personally have used a transaxle like a mendeola or similar. That way you could have some passenger or storage room in the back.

Very cool bus (van) I have a 60s chevy panel true cargo van with no side or rear windows I swapped the side and rear window doors for panel ones so I love that this bus has no side windows makes her rarer to me than all the regular busses with side windows. I personally thing everything should be ls swapped , . But either way, super coolbus and she will definitely move and be able to pass on the freeway .

As someone who grew up around Berkeley (land of buses), I’ve actually been dreaming of doing something like this since before I could drive. It’s interesting seeing this, and seeing just how close the layout is compared to what I thought of. The only disappointment is the automatic transmission because a bus just NEEDS that big stick.

This is a 5.2 flat plane crank Coyote, shifting at 8500 rpm same as the GT350. Bigger injectors and a turbo will push over 1500hp all day! I’d love to throw one in a Willy’s jeep or a mini jet boat😂 thanks for sharing

as a 18 year old working in a bakery here in australia 1985 my boss had a split window combi van ,he fell asleep behind the wheel and rear ended another vehicle at maybe 60 kilometres an hour ,both hes legs were taken off just above the knees ,Art is a genius im prayin this never happens to this cool owner
