Cozen's Test (Tennis Elbow Resisted Test)

Test Procedure:
- With the patient’s elbow in near full extension and full pronation and making a fist, the examiner resists active wrist extension/radial deviation.
Positive results:
- Pain at lateral epicondyle
Negative Results:
- No pain at lateral epicondyle; pain in extensor muscle bellies indicates Radial tunnel
Implications of positive test result:
- Tennis elbow
