First thing off the ship is a stop at 3 Amigos for a “taste” of Mexico 😂. Got to get started the right way 🎉

We went to Cozumel once. Wanted to do a ship snorkel trip...sold out, tried to do Mr Sanchos...sold out...so we just walked around town. I think we posed with every statue we saw.🐸

Another excellent video, Yes the dock is a long walk, buts it’s a pretty one, especially if there are multiple Cruise ships docked, The side walkway is especially great if you have someone in a scooter or wheelchair, because trying to navigate through the store would be a nightmare for them, I saw a shot of Three Amigos Restaurant, on my first trip to Cozumel Me and my Furrends ate lunch there on the patio and watched the ships and people go by, because of the weather (off and on light rain) their parents age and mobility issues we stayed close to the port, sadly their father passed away that summer, so now when I go back to Cozumel, I make it a point to stop by either to eat or just get a drink to honor the memory of Richard (their father) The Taxi Stand is really easy to find, and everytime I have been there I feel safe and comfortable moving about.

Just came bacK from a NCL cruise that stopped in Cozumel! great place! unfortunately we did not have a great experience with our cab to Mr, Sanchos ! There are 2 Ports. We came into the Port, loosely tranalated " lobster point"! I had watched videos before we left and knew rates should be posted. They were not here! I was told $20 and then because we were 4 it became $25 dollars! Challenged the Driver who said "no", price is more from that Port?? return (posted ) was $18! scammed! also Cab driver drove what seemed 100 mph. Very unnerving! Other than that though, Sanchos is worth every dime! Great place and people! just be careful in the other Port!

Hello Doodie :) Yes, we booked online before we sailed. There are many reputable booking sites that you can book Mr. Sanchos through. If you book online, look for a place that offers 100% money back if your ship doesn't port and also if they have flexibility with changes. First time to EVER be on a cruise coming up in June 2025 on the Jubilee. Will be going to Cozumel, Costa Maya, and Routan. How much time do you have at each stop usually? I’m going on a 7 night cruise. So many questions and anxiety! Hahah!

How do you get back to the Cruise port when you go by Taxi? Are there always Taxis waiting or do you have to call them to pick you up?

Hello. There are LOTS of taxis waiting just outside Mr. Sancos. If you go somewhere else in Cozumel, just verify with your taxi driver on the way there that there will be available taxis for the ride back.

You can't book through Carnival. You can book direct with Mr. Sanchos
