Exercise. Kettlebell exercise 4 days a week, cardio/sprinting/hiit 2 days a week. Cooking healthy food, stretching. Prayer morning and night is the most important selfcare haha. Thanks for making video Kaci :)

Absolutely obsessed with your channel! You are just super relatable and down to earth. I switched to natural deodorant for now almost over a year and my FAVORITE is Native I use the citrus and herbal musk and it smell AMAZING 🤓

Hi, thank you for this, so helpful. For your Bible, there is a special glue my dad uses, I don't know the brand but it's like 'crazy glue'. It's in a small tiny container like your toothpaste (but much smaller). This will work for sure. My necklace broke, and my dad used this glue and he fixed it! It works on everything.

I use bentonite clay as a face mask regularly but I never heard of it being used to clear out the toxins before starting the use of natural deodorant. Thanks!

The burning in the natural deodorant is probably from baking soda. I typically just wipe Thayer's witch hazel (has more moisturizing ingredients than regular witch hazel) morning and night. If I feel like it's going to be a rough day or my pits are feeling really moist, I use Alaffia deodorant

Yeah that's what I've heard! Do you use the witch hazel instead of deodorant, or before the applying deodorant to prevent it from burning?

Kaci Nicole typically I use it instead of deodorant, but if I sense that my armpits are sweaty at all I’ll use the deodorant after the witch hazel.

I think u would like Steph Macleod Celtic worship u tube channel, at the moment they’re doing live concerts from their homes. It’s different band members each week. Last week was Steph Macleod and his singing a mixture of hymns and worship music he has written. This week was two other members playing instruments, no singing but very lovely x

This made me think of... during WWII the Americans employed Native American Indians as scouts as they were known to have a sixth sense. They proved invaluable until the army cut their hair, as was regulation for all soldiers, and they lost their special abilities. Once their hair started to grow back, so did their God given senses.
