Hi cute Amy. I LOVE your down to earth attitude. Just because you asked... I decorate with apples in September with the addition of some fall floral stems. The pumpkins come into play for October and November. As for Halloween... I used to decorate when my grandchildren lived near buy but now that they have moved away this summer 😩... I will probably only add a few touches of Halloween on the porch to make the kids in my neighborhood smile...if they even get to trick or treat this year.... again...😩. Yes I already started decorating for Fall about 3 weeks ago. I love love love Fall, I usually wait to decorate right after my son's birthday, and this year I started extra early because I couldn't wait. It just changes my whole mood and I needed it. Also I do not decorate for Halloween, I just leave all my Fall decor up until right before Thanksgiving then I put all my Christmas stuff up.

Halloween 🎃/and Thanksgiving are fall holidays so they are combination decor holidays....So from late September it’s leave garlands, pumpkins, mums and anything that is fall themed..a few “ Halloween specific items” but mostly fall, pillows, candles, throws, etc...... I do the same with all my decor example like for my patriotic decor I leave it up for entire Summer....I feel life we have, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Labor Day, 4Th of July, Remembrance Day...So I have an Abundance of Red White and Blue Decor...Stuff I decorate my tiered trays with and make table centerpieces with as well....I find it easier to combine months and decor.

I do decorate for Halloween! This year will be a little more over the top than I usually do because we live on a busy road now and have no trick or treater's we'll concentrate more indoors for ourselves this year. My daughter who still lives at home with us is probably the biggest fan. I think she loves it more than Christmas decorating. We started Fall decorating this past week. We will start on the front porch this weekend if it isn't super hot outdoors.
