I'm currently knitting mittens using Sunday + mohair in dusty rose and can confirm it's 100% scrumptious. One of my favourite colorways ever! I love the DK socks and will make them once the pattern comes out. It's fascinating to see how a colourway can come out different depending on your gauge, holding it double, etc. My mystery skein socks pooled which looks cool. Happy knitting ❤️🧶

Hi Sophie, don’t feel badly about being apprehensive about knitting the Ranunculus! I am 71, and I’ve been knitting since I was 12! I have knit dozens and dozens of complicated sweaters but I too am overwhelmed with the Ranunculus. The pattern photo makes it look enormous but I have seen many beautiful ones. Selma of Little Big Knits has knit many beautiful ones. Perhaps I will try it! Thank you for the lovely podcast!

I am also 71 and knit the Ranunculus for myself. It does not have to be huge as photos show. Mine was knit in DK weight on size 9 needles and fits like a regular pullover. Look on Ravelry for projects and you’ll see many different versions. Try it!

Loved all the projects you showed! You have to stop adding to my list of “have to makes”. I have had a bunch of Tuffy for many years so now I have to make those socks for my husband. And I was ready to rip out a balls worth of seed stitch to switch my cardigan project to the Wheatsheaves but gauge won’t work. Both of my Ranunculus necks were not as loose as the photos and I don’t know why either but they were okay. Yours is lovely.
