18:52 great relaxing vlog!! Oh for breakfast you can always prep for a few days and make egg bites in muffin tins. You mix the eggs with veggie or choice and bake in the oven for like 20 mins! You can keep them in the fridge for a few days and just warm them up in the microwave with a little hot sauce! Look fwd to your next vlog! 🤎🫶🏽

@ yeah mix the eggs like your making scrambled eggs in a bowl and you can mix your veggies I love mushroom and spinach so just be sure to chop the veggies in small pieces. You can also use bell pepper! You can mix with the eggs or put some in the individual muffin tin after you pour in the mixture in each spot. I’ve always mixed it you can always add more after you’ve poured your mixture. It’s like having mini omelettes
