Edit: it might be something you actually mention later in the video… For the European part of your trip they should give you back at least 250€ per person (it’s a European law and it’s between 250 and 600€ depending on the distance) and I believe you always have to apply on the airlines website (just fyi those refund pages,at least for me, crash 5 times before I’m able to submit the claim 😅

Yes! You are correct, we are getting 350 back each but they are really dragging their feet with sending it and our refund to us 🤬
