My Mom wasn't very big but she was very good at splitting wood, she absolutely loved splitting wood even in her 70's! She is 93 now, and she doesn't swing an axe anymore, but she misses it. B.C. Canada.

@@nathanadrian7797 you dont have to be big to chop wood, it's all in the swing, angle and tools you use to do it. Shes lived to be that age by continuing to that in her 70's it good exercise. It's a blessing you have her at the age of 93, my mom will be 89 in May.

@@mariecook7910 Mom would call me and say she had a block she couldn't split, to which I would reply "Mom you don't need to split any wood, just give me a call" . Moms reply? I like splitting wood! I live in the UK now and I miss mushrooms the most. In my neighborhood in Poland there are a lot of mushrooms, but the red pine mushrooms have almost disappeared. You can find some for frying, but I haven't eaten pickled in 30 years! You're making me jealous lol
