Jah & Jahes love. OMG! That is my DREAM apartment! I am from Brooklyn, was born in East New York, and came of age in East Flatbush. I have wanted a Loft apartment for decades. But, through no short of trying, my career hasn't been fruitful so I don't have the necessary funding to get one. I don't know if I would call that "on a budget". I can tell that they have really good paying jobs by having a an apartment like this in NYC. And by some of the items they have. That large mirror alone probably cost a ton.

you want to store your records flat in a dark space so they don't warp. vinyl decomposes over time, but especially if it's exposed to light or heat, and also gravity warps it. Never stack them vertically or lean them against anything. you will thank me one day when your precious records are still pristine ;) - sincerely, your local vinylhead

Your video is one of the few , that I watched from start to finish. I like the size of your artwork in the living room. I would suggest pictures related to food, cooking or an African, spoon and fork set for the kitchen. The twin shelves are eye-catching and I like the assortment of items displayed on them. The brick wall, along with the plants adds a vibe to your home. I'm going to suggest visiting thrift stores for items for your home. I would describe this interior design style as clean, calm, masculine. This seems like the perfect bachelor pad even though obviously it is for a married couple and a woman lives here. The masculinity is grounded and sure here and again very calm. It is so lovely. Amazing job

Fabulous apartment. I can't even imagine what a space that size would cost. I love exposed bricks and I'd have plants hanging from those beams. You could run that ivy plant across one to keep it away from the cat. That cat is adorable. I love mirrors and that wide full length mirror in the bedroom is wonderful. Too cute…if you don’t use your tub then store all your winter clothes, blankets etc…..get Home Depot to cut a piece of plywood and cover with some cute fabric….your cats will love sleeping on it…I noticed your record was really warped…store them flat with some heavy books until they straighten out….add more pictures and paintings all the way to the floor…it will make it look larger and cozier
