Ermahgerd OBSESSED! This guy has such a great palette. I’d probably vibe a bit more colour and pattern play with his cushions ect, maybe even a featured colour wall (he is renting so I get why painting might not be a vibe). But the plant game incredible, light choices mwah chefs kiss and his eclectic vases and objects DING DONG! I mean I’m not really a cat person (nothing against them, respect them for their service to the Egyptians, if you have them I’ll definitely play and pat them) but the cat stuff is even cool. Such good furniture choices, love how it’s one big space but because of the furnishings each space feels intimate and it’s own. Love, love, love! Beautiful work mate!

Great looking pad and video tour, mate! Brings back a lot of great memories of my loft condo in Atlanta. It was about 1500sq ft, but only a single level/floor. I'm in a wheelchair, so steps ain't my friend. I love open floor plans and floor-to-ceiling windows. My loft had scored concrete floors which were damn near indestructible. I finally sold it after nearly 12 years when I decided to renovate a big ranch style house in 2020. As much as I enjoyed my loft, I love having this big house (4000sq ft) all to myself. I can blast Nine Inch Nails whenever I want without pain in the ass neighbors complaining. Best of luck with your channel!!

Very well done style wise. I’d switch out the bench for 2 round coffee tables, one bigger and one smaller which will match better with the living room as it offsets all the square/rectangular shapes, and the roundness will reflect the round shapes of the TV cabinet. Also he’s hot and dress well🤌🏾
