Oh my goodness the giving up of one nap used to be a really hard 5:00 pm. If we didn’t wake her up she wouldn’t sleep at night so it was so tough. I feel your pain, good luck with one good solid nap.

Ahh thank you! Yes, we’ve been doing a hard cut off at 5 pm and it’s working but if he wakes up before 1 pm, he usually needs a second nap because he can’t stay up for six hours 😩 but attempting his one nap between 11 to noon is more of a challenge, he gets so cranky around 10 to 1030 so it’s hard trying to make him stay up till 11 🤍

@@Kristina_summer there was a book I used during sleep transition called “Healthy sleep habits, happy child” it changed the game for me. You might want to pick it up.

Omg I wish! I’m not consistent when it comes to reading. Especially towards the end of the year, I get the reading blues-I don’t feel like reading during the holidays.
