I usually decorate middle of August, I go for fall. September hits and the mid of that I’ll decorate for Halloween and then back to some fall decor for thanksgiving and then, Black Friday it’s Christmas decor galore.

Today was a rainy day so it seemed like the perfect day to decorate for fall! Even though I am a teacher as well, I am not a summer person lol. And I totally agree about the house being blah in the summer. Fall brings so much happiness 😊. Congrats again on the new addition. You look beautiful 💜.

Honestly, I agree with you ,Allie! Summer decor isn't all that exciting. Also, with you having a due date of Dec. 5, I understand why you would want to decorate now so that you can enjoy your fall decor before decorating for Christmas (I assume you'll probably want to decorate before the baby arrives).

Pregnancy is so weird, lol... I am a coffee-aholic, and my 2nd pregnancy, I just could not even with coffee. BUT, as soon as I left the hospital, I was craving starbucks, lol. Also, I'm os happy you are decorating for fall. You are always the first one I follow who decorates for fall, so I know we're well on the the way!

ALLIE! I love that you are decorating already. I feel like I’m next. I wanted to mention that I was told by a dermatologist that if you put on a serum that you should always but on sunscreen because it’s an oil and it can burn your skin. I don’t know if you mentioned it but I figured it might help.

I definitely hate when people have to make excuses for themselves. We decorate for Halloween/fall the start of September. We decorate for Thanksgiving (dining table only...) and Christmas the start of November. I prefer sweet breakfast foods (pancakes/waffles) for dinner and I will not hesitate to eat a leftover burrito or slice of pizza for breakfast. Life's short and we need to seek our own joys. Do you! 😄
