All I do is spray water before and after I use gouache. And check the set minimum twice a week and if I feel like it’s drying then I spray some water. That’s it. I just spray water to create barrier between the paint and surrounding air.

The fact that it reminds me of my own daughter her favorite color is blue she loves to listen to music wow she's creating art drawing painting, she's an exceptional & amazing artist and she loves the rain. 😊 To happen across a😮 painting that resembles all of her characteristics and sometimes how she wear her hair and the big oversized clothes that she every now and then likes to wears, also she absolutely adores the rain. I was completely taken away by this art and we love this type especially with the gouache. I know I speak for many others when I say, " It literally puts you in the moment makes you feel like you're there". And it almost seems like the music that you chose for your video is the music that she's listening to. I have such an imagination when it comes to this one particular piece. I love to see more scene illustrations, I hope you do more, !!!they're really beautiful❤..

Oh my gosh, so you are drawing your own stuff instead of just finding it somewhere, maybe printing it off and then painting from there. OK I have a question. What kind of schooling have you had and how long did it take you to get to the point where you are today I am switching to quash I’m gonna use that for a while. You can use Monteval watercolor paper, which is a lot more affordable than hundred percent cotton watercolor paper, which is one of the reasons why I’m switching. I’ve seen some very good artist use himi jelly gouache. So now you’ve convinced me I love the mushrooms with all the sweet little characters trying to huddle together under there to stay out of the rain. That was adorable and looked so good. I always wanted to illustrate children’s stories and make it all come together in a very beautifully cohesive story as well as, the characters their in. So now I’m gonna have to get a set of Himi jelly Gouache. I thought maybe getting an adult color book and using the quash on those pages so I can practice my color blending and just picking a good palette for the task hand thank you thank you so much for for posting this and as far as ASMR goes? Yes it was very ASMR. I loved😊🎉❤

Oh my gosh, thank you so much for your kind words! Yes I do draw my own stuff too and it’s been a journey for me. I’ve been into art since childhood and used to win prizes in competitions which led my parents to enroll me in art classes. I learned the basics of pencil sketching, coloring, and working on still lifes and portraits. Participating in art exams really helped me practice character composition which has been useful in my work! With my current schedule it’s tough to find time for my own compositions but I dive in whenever I can. I’m really loving gouache especially Himi jelly gouache! Your idea of practicing with an adult coloring book sounds fantastic. Hope you enjoy it too!
