The days are slipping by faster and faster, making my anxiety spiral. Have you been feeling overwhelmed or down lately? I wanted to make this video for anyone who is or anyone who just wants to relax for a while, because I know content like this help me so much.
It's autumn and one of my favorite months of the year, October. I'm trying to slow down to savor the sights, the sounds, the smells, even if it's just the sound of crunching leaves as I walk to my car after work, or the crows cawing in the morning.
