hello lovely friends, i hope you are all doing well. october has surely been a month filled with new energy and creativity. i love the cozy fall atmosphere that's in the air. we're experiencing a mix of cool/warm days here in western australia, so i feel like we're getting the best of both worlds! i'm grateful for the time to create new things, read new books, spend time with family and check in with my little garden 🌞📖
that said, while i'm sad that october flew by quickly, i'm excited for november! it's such a magical month that sits between spooky season and christmas magic. i'm looking forward to the rush of happy energy and taking breaks to rejuvenate and/or spend time with family 🌌

I'm a new subscriber, basically binged every one of your videos in less than a week, haha. I even added some of your book recommendations to my book wishlist, and you inspire me to be more creative and enjoy slow living more. I'm a huge homebody that will always chose staying at home over anything else, and usually I'm content with the way I am, but recently I've been feeling like something's wrong with me for enjoying being home more than others. Your videos help a lot, and on top of that they're aesthetic (but not in the cringey way I don't like - I'm fussy with aesthetics lol), calming and just my cup of tea - to the point where I get withdrawls. I need to find more KZbinrs like you, but it's surprisingly hard. Does anybody have any recommendations? I'm looking for basically the same format. I can’t wait to read A Study in Drowning! Hope it lives up to the excitement I have! 😁🙌 Also, it’s not advisable to shave cats. Their coats actually help keep them cool through insulation whereas shaving it off is more likely to make them feel hotter in the heat. Similar with dog breeds that have the thicker coats.

me too!! i’m excited to read it 🥰🤍 great call, and my mistake - thank you! my cat also has matted fur which was the main reason he got shaved. we’ll look into other ways to resolve this solution in the future instead of shaving all his fur off! i should’ve clarified this in the video :)

I would like to recommend a great book called "Murder in a Teacup" by Vicki Delany. 📚 It's a cozy murder mystery that takes place in a quaint little tea shop. 🍵 The plot is so engaging that I find it hard to put the book down! 🤩

Hey! I loved your video. I wanted to slide in here and tell you that it's not wise to shave your cat. A cat's coat is designed to keep him warm during the winter and cool during the summer. When you shave his fur, this can dysregulate that process and do more harm than good. I hope that's helpful!
