I am a repetitive eater, too. It’s just a comfort thing. I am living with family members as well so when I cook, I like to cook something that everyone will in enjoy. Just made tortellini carbonara for our Christmas Eve dinner! It was my sister’s birthday today so I got some everything Bundt mini cakes! Just made cookie dough and am about to take a quick shower before we make the Christmas cookies. Gotta decompress and have a little me time every night! Happy holidays, Tina! Love you! You can use a makeup brush to apply your skin care it may be a hassle but it will save you from destroying your nails just use one that doesn’t absorb to much product or a flat brush for laying down products and just smooth it over your skin 😊😊😊

Do you use gloves to clean? Maybe your cleaning products are too harsh for your nails. Maybe try gloves?

I used to bartend and never had that problem. I was in water and chemicals all day bartending. I don't use any new cleaner that I wasn't using before when they didn't lift. I'm really wondering if it's the skincare now or maybe cleaning balm or something. It's so weird

@@tinasseeI'm not an expert, but years of doing my own nails... oils are your worst enemy! If you use any in skincare especially 2x a day that may be it. On the occasion I'm in the nail salon, I ask them not to use cuticle oil at the end. I feel like nails aren't fully cured in the salon anyway and the cuticle oil makes my brand new nails appear dull the next day. I avoid oils for 24hrs after a fresh set. How many times did I type out "oil"? 😂😂

I got some 100% cotton bedsheets from target & they are so worth it. I sleep better on the cotton fabric & the sheets are made very nicely. They also have some really pretty blankets. Sometimes spending a little extra on quality is better in the end. 🤍🤍

I had this issue with my nails once. I think it was actually my facial serum, it had moisturizing oil in it and I started using a roller to apply it and it stopped them from lifting. 🤷🏻‍♀️

LOL, that's the sometimes problem buying online. You don't know exactly what you are ordering. I ordered cupcake liners, but I accidentally ordered the wrong size, I had to take to the Amazon return kiosk at Whole Foods. At least it's a fairly painless procedure. I recommend taking a picture of the return QR code.
