ðŒMinna-style salmon soupðŒ
Ingredients (for 4 people)
Salmon 400g
Potato 400g
2 onions
Garlic half
Celery (appropriate amount)
3 carrots
water, salad oil
2 vegetable bouillon
Philadelphia cream cheese, about half
Appropriate amount of black pepper
parsley
*The cheese used in the video tastes like salty cream cheese, so I think cream cheese can be used instead.
Many other recipes call for fresh cream, so you can also use cream instead of cheese.
How to make
1 Finely chop the garlic and onion
2 Cut the remaining vegetables into bite-sized pieces
3 Remove skin and bones from salmon and cut into bite-sized pieces
4. Put garlic, onion, and a little salad oil in a pot and heat gently over low heat.
(to the extent that it becomes transparent)
5 Add 4-500ml of water and vegetable bouillon and bring to a boil.
6 Add the remaining vegetables, add about 300ml of water while watching the situation, cover and cook.
7 Add black pepper and cream cheese as needed while tasting.
(Finnish cheese has salt, so if you don't have enough salt, please adjust with salt or bouillon.)
8 Once the cheese has melted, add the salmon and bring to a boil.
9 Sprinkle with parsley if you like and finish
