Hey Lisa! I get migraines, however it's been quite a while. I take Excedrin Migraine or Extra Strength Excedrin medication which is over the counter. Can you buy it there in S. Africa? It is my go-to and literally takes away my migraine in less than an hour. Also, give yourself some grace...first, you made this huge move to Cape Town and got engaged. Two wonderful events, but stressful. Trying to make your current home cozy, starting your new job, wedding planning...it's a lot. Again, all good things, but any events good or bad can be stressful. You are doing great! Sending good vibes your way! 🕊
