This home looks amazing from the outside. However, upon entering, things start to look weird. First off, two huge TV screens in the living room, yet the couches are facing the opposite direction? Second floor just for the master bedroom the size of a small house? Third floor dedicated to a library?? Seriously?? The designer should've used all that space in the third floor to put three bedrooms, and a bigger restroom. Instead, they used the fourth floor to put two walk-in closet-sized cramped bedrooms and a weird restroom. Suggestion: Turn the couches around to face the TV's. The master bedroom has too much open space. Maybe the designer could lessen that space with a separate office room next to it. Finally, move the library to the fourth floor and use the third floor for three comfortably-sized bedrooms with a bigger restroom. Just my input.

It's a rendering. Showing you the options of where you could put a TV in the living room. They aren't suggesting two big screen TVs in the living room. And unless you have a young family with three kids, no need for 4-5 bedrooms in a house. This is a computer generated "concept" home. It's not a "spec" home. You took all that time to negatively critique a computer generated design. So I decided to critique a sad person with nothing better to do while sitting on the shitter😅

I agree with you. The TV in the concept should go above the fire place. If you don't like the TV there put it a completely different room. If you go to the trouble of computer generated furniture, it should make sense. I liked the idea of a library but there were other concepts I would have envisioned for the layout.

My thoughts exactly! Also, the bedrooms upstairs are horrible with the slanted roof and the placement of furniture, however the roof does not allow for much.

This is a house. of extremes. Two of the bedrooms are squeezed in under the eaves, while the master suite has enough area to be made into its own separate apartment. I see some spaces looking for a purpose. It's interesting, it's unique, but it doesn't seem efficient.

Opened this page and saw the pic of this home and said out loud, “Oh WOW!” What a unique home! I love it! A 4th bedroom for kids could easily be added, even a 5th! The Master suite is so wonderful!

Love all the natural light, the design of the outside, lower floor, and that it has a double garage. Negatives are that there was no built in microwave in the kitchen, no place to hang wet clothes in the laundry room if they can’t be placed in the dryer, and the the upstairs need to be redesigned as those bedrooms are too small.

Upstairs bedrooms would never pass inspection in the US. One measurement must be a minimum of 7ft (2.13m). Which it looks like it doesn't quite meet. Also egress. Roof skylights do not provide for egress in case of fire. A person must be able to escape thru an approved opening. Love the sauna. Dining room is kind of odd-being closed off like it is. I mostly like the master bedroom, but it is a tad too big. One last thing -and it's personal preference-I'm not a fan of open concept. Open concept is finally starting to not be The thing. Yay! Semi-open is much better.

Плюха сразу, на мой взляд... Нижние столбы нужно было делать без дурацкого перехода. В идеале, такого сечения, как труба. И не беда, если бы это сечение было больше, чем столбиков веранды. Смотрелось бы хорошо. Я бы, еще повесила на каждый нижний столб по кованному фонарю в старинном стиле. Дело вкуса, конечно...

Я не знаю кто делал этот проект,но он весьма неудачный.Огромные пространства абсолютно не правильно использованы.Второй этаж просто кошмар.Цветовые решения не интересные,совершенно не уютно.
