Cheese and crackers for the kids... woo. That'll solve their food insecurity issues. Why not just give them bread and water too? Why don't politicians do something constructive and compel the grocery giants to lower the prices of their food so parents can afford to buy it? Some items have gone up in price by 100% or more since Covid. This is pure greed and price gouging in the name of excess profits. Our spineless government needs to do something about this.
