No, CPA requires graduation and 1 year post graduation to be eligible. You can take science in 11 and 12. Meet the eligibility criteria and then go for CPA.

CPA and ACCA can practice in India. There is no restriction. Only tax audit and statutory audits are reserved for CAs. Even in those cases, CPAs and ACCAs can work, as they are not authorized to sign but can work. That's how Big4 Audit firms are UK based and still work in India without any restrictions.
