It mean that once the LR get the property then they have not disposed of and sold that property but court may compel the LR's to show the account of that property

Hello Sir, Sec 47 explaination 2a) 'purchaser deemed to be party to suit' it is mentioned in which decree is passed . That means court which passed the decree not the executing court ?

It means before the executing court the purchaser be a party whenever his interest was effected in a question before the executing court

It's simply means that executing court can't change the decree and declare it invalid, unless declared by appellant court
