I passed my CPC exam thanks to the content of this channel. I was able to get a better understanding of the material compared to the CPC online course. I took my exam March 30th & 31st and got my reson April 1st. Thank you Mr. Nguyen for your content. It has really made a difference and I hope to see more content regarding other certifications if possible or maybe you'll consider being an instructor for AAPC. You've been a great help for many. I'd prefer your teaching method than the AAPC online course. Thank you once again!

@codingwithhoang3 жыл бұрын
Hi Vinil. You got it. The more you do the more you will familiar with the main term to use for each procedure. When you are working, the physician will not give you "multiple choice" to choose, you have to read their operative report and search for the right code to use. Beside, if you take the CCS or CCS-P coding exam from AHIMA, you need to search for code(s), they don't give you multiple choice option and that's why it is somewhat difficult to pass. Thank you for your comment and support.

Hi Rasheed. If that is the case, then I would attach modifier 52 (reduced service) to CPT 20664. Modifier 52 is used to indicate partial reduction. The modifier provides a means for reporting reduced service without changing the identification of the basic service. I hope it helps.

@@codingwithhoang Good morning, I’ve asked members on the AAPC FB page but had only one person who answered my questions, I’m guessing CRC is pretty new to a lot of people. That person told me to ask a coach. I’ve looked on different websites and payed APPC & CCO for any practice exams but when it comes to the test I’m not understanding why I kept on getting it wrong. Some of the questions on the CRC exam is not even mention on the study guide or practice exam through AAPC. I went over and over and over on that subject that I’m missing a few points on. I’ve taken the test at least six time and missing it by few points. I’m talking about one to five points off on every other exam. It’s very frustrating, not sure who to turn to. Thank you for believing in me. I’m going to continue to search for help before I take my seventh exam. By the way a lot of members on AAPC FB recommend other members to watch your videos. Thank you again for your free videos, we appreciate all your help and knowledge you share with everyone!

Good Evening Lori, I just completed and passed the online exam. I wouldn't suggest wasting time writing on the white board. You will need every second! May I suggest the following: at the top of the white board, write A B C D, as you eliminate two, note an "X" under the appropriate letter (so that you are not constantly wasting time writing and erasing A, B, C, D, write it once). If your CPT book is highlighted and underlined in the correct manner, and you understand the guidelines, you will be ok. I hope this helps. Good luck.
