read the compromise at exh. 23 filed by the parties as well as order passed Theron. it is seen that, the counter-claim is compromised amongst the parties outside of the Court. hence the counter-claim of the defendent is compromised inview if compromise at exh 23. in result i pass the following order. 1) counter-claim of defendent is compromised in view view of compromise at exh. 23 2) decree be drawn up in view of compromise at exh. 23 3) issue court fees refund certificate as per rules 4) proceeding is closed according.... Iska matlab kya hua.. Dear mam!!!
