sir what if the questionnaire prepared by plaintiff is self incriminatory in nature for defendant? Is he bound to answer all questions??

I think concept of self incriminating is in criminal law not in civil law. So defendant must have to answer all questions even if it goes against him.

Ab CPC ko dobara break laganimpareygee interview key liye phir criminal side parhni pareygee . Ap bataye magistrate ki job sahee hai ya police me maza hai ? Ap kisko preference deytey.

Har police wala judge ke samne juktta he 🤣. Well brother ajj ke time me job important he jo mile le lo, but if u really feel that u can crack the judiciary exam then plz go ahead with ur dream. It's all up-to u to decide what is good for u and for ur family. Bcz person can judge himself better instead of others
