In rule 2, in case of denial or refusal to admit, the cost of proving document is to be paid by the party who is refusing and not by the plaintiff. is this correct sir?

in re rule 2 you specfically said that the amt./cost in case will be beared by the plaintiff( no such provsion in the bare act) can u plz explain

i think he said by mistake that it will be borne by Plaintiff as the language says that it will be borne by the refusing/ neglecting party, doesnt mean plaintiff

This admission is before framing of issues or after framing or at the time of trial and examination of parties . As you have told that order 11 ,12 and 13 are useful to frame the issues

Sir R 2 me aapne bola - Jis party ne notice bheji h usse hi expenses dene honge, but bare me likha hai-the cost of proving any such documents shall be paid by the party so neglecting and refusing Aisa kiu? Confusion ho rahi,plz clear karein!

I was reading the bare and simultaneously watching Sir's lecture, got confused for a bit and read the rule twice as well as compared the explanation in text book, Sayad Galti ho gaya hai Sir se ( it happens not a big deal)

sir is right bcz RULE 2 SAYS - costs shall be paid by the party to prove a document which party is neglecting or refusing RULE 9 SAYS- cost shall be paid by the party who is giving notice which is not necessary to prove Rule 2- isme notice de diye to other party refuse or neglect kr rhi h Rule 9 - isme jo notice dia hai us notice ki zrurt hi nhi h
