In s43 if the court to which CPC doesn't apply have sole jurisdiction to execute it or the other court to which this code applies does not have jurisdiction to execute the decree then...what??@Harpreet Singh kahlon

Sir place of suing me humne padha ki suit waha file kia jayega jaha property situated hogi to fir sec 43 me jo apne example dia ki jaise A place pe cpc apply nahi hota to aap place B jaha property situated h waha decree execute kara sakte ho Lekin sir mere sawal ye h ki aisa kab hoga ki place a per suit file hua ? Ek example deke bata dijiye main smjh jaunga

Here we are tKing about execution whereas suit could only be filled at the place where property is situated. Eg.. Person has a land at A and B place and he filed a suit at A place and get in his favour a decree from the court but he could not recovered the whole amount from place A so he still has a chance to get it executed at place B
