End of justice Stop the abus the proces of law. To dispose the justice to uphold the law. Avoid the technicalties do the justice and undo the wrong . It is excercise for restoration of ingringement of right. You can't convict unless decide. When no express provision available. Removed the decrimination while the judication . Don't oversteping the law . Restrict the court overstep the law court excercise only wisdom while conduct the procedure .
