It’s impossible to start a career in Uk or EU unless you have a residency. If you want to pursue career in a foreign country then Canada is a good option to consider.

Because there are many different flight schools, it depends completely on the flight school if there is a possibility that the school can offer accommodation for their students. You must ask the flight school this question before you apply for their course.

what do you think about flight training in south Africa I have seen a lot of Indians considering SA because of its cheap course fees and DGCA curriculum and for benefit they are commonwealth so you need no RTR conversion would you care to comment?

Before you go abroad you can complete Air Regulations, Aviation Meteorology and Air Navigation because you need them when you come back and you must convert your foreign pilot license to a DGCA pilot license. But when you are abroad you must also complete there the theory exams whích are required by the aviation authority of that country where you are doing your flight training.

It is best that you contact directly some academies that have CPL ground classes, and ask them when you can get admission to their course and start your ground classes. They can advise you in this situation.

Most ground class academies are private schools. You study for the CPL exams at an academy you have chosen, but when you are ready to complete the exams, the exams are conducted by the DGCA, and after you have completed your exams they are officially approved by the DGCA. I can only give general information, so you need to try to find the best ground school for you. You can make a search using these words: 'aviation ground classes in Mysore.' You will get links to academies, and you can choose the academy that suits best for you.

Caste reservation is done only in IGRUA for seats. No other flying school according to my knowledge reserves seats for any particular group of people.

If you complete the training in Europe you get an EASA commercial pilot license (EASA CPL). If you decide that you want to study in Italy you can search for a flight school in Italy and make an application according to their instructions. If you are accepted, apply for a student visa so that you can study there. It is best to ask the flight school what type of student visa you need to have, as there may be different visas depending on the duration of your studies. However, before you make a decision it is best that first you find out if it is difficult to convert an EASA CPL to a DGCA CPL. Flight schools can give the answer to this question.

So when you come back you must convert the foreign license in accordance with regulations of the aviation authority. License conversion is a compulsory process that you must complete.
