Hi team, Good podcast. Will you be able to do podcast on incidents that occurred in Indian aviation as per dgca reports and what happened with pilots involved in it. Do pilots get fired ? Ideally they must train and get them back, but is it the same that happens in india?….if pilot gets grounded there salary also gets grounded?

As long as pilot follows appropriate SOPs, and displays appropriate competence, the pilot has nothing to worry about. If otherwise, yes, that pilot is grounded depending upon the situation and incidence.

I am 12th grader…! I want to become a pilot if i join a cadet pilot program in 2025 will i have a job just after I complete the cadet program?

No,Not just after training you will not have job but you have LOI(Letter of Intent) from the particular airline you undergo training with, of getting employed with the them in 6months after completion of training. And yes money is a factor for cadet pilot program for sure. Best of luck with your endeavours 👍.

@@sahilswami7546 but is it confirmed that i will get hired in the company within a year? Indigo cadet program in Banglour cost around 70L..i can go with it or I should wait till akasa launch its cadet pilot program?

I am less sure about Akasa Cadet pilot program but for sure you will get hired in 6 months in Indigo and indigo cadet pilot program costs you about 1.10 crore rupees.@Jainnyash

I suppose one can undergo the Indigo cadet pilot training in around 75L in CAE Gondia which is cheaper compared to the other flight schools associated with IndiGo. I would love to know if I am wrong about this @@sahilswami7546

Advice needed regarding initial aircrew AVSEC training. I am currently undergoing avsec sessions sponsored by my company. Can i use 2 year old haryana police verification certificate issued by the office of dy commissioner or a new one is needed ??
