Complete your race under 6.5 minutes Dekho main kya krta main har round ka ek time fix karke chalta hoon jiske hisab se main apni speed kam zyada krts rehta hoon like mujhe har round 1:35 k aspas hi marna hain. Toh first round 1:35 Second 3:05 Thrid 4:40 Last 6:15 Isme agar 2-3 seconds uppar bhi ho rhe hai tab bhi koi dikkat nhi Bus hath mai watch pehnna aur time dekhte jana aur usi hisab se apni speed manage krte rehna. Aapka physical kab clear hojayega aapko pta nhi nhi chalega. All the best👍

Bhai same here 2.5 months se practice kar raha hoon,7 min time lag raha hai. issi ke chakkar mein CGL mains par bhi dhyan nahi de pa raha hoon. 2018 AIRFORCE GROUP Y Physical failed 2018 SSC GD physical failed 2020 SSC CGL mains failed 2021 SSC GD physical failed Delhi police Awo/tpo qualified(1.32 Marks cut off se jyada) SSC steno 2022 qualified( lekin skill test nahi aata) Struggle continues..

Hanji aaj bhi jab timing lagta hoon toh same thought aata hai mind mai k yaar itni jaldi thakawat hogyi lekin rukta nhi hoon and infact aaj hi timing maari 5:58mint ki itna sab sochte huye bhi so it's all about thinking positive 👍

I started running on 11th January but there was no place for jump preparation. I thought i will improve running and start preparing for jumps once date is out because everyone told me they will give atleast 1 month I believed. But date was announced on 28 jan around and i was not well for 2,3 days. I tried jumps for 2,3 days till 2feb and long jump 8.3 , high 2.5 something but i am suffering from shin pain for last 2,3 days. I went for physiotherapy and comparatively relieved but not in the condition for practice. My physical is scheduled on 10th feb. What should i do? May i change my date to 23? Or i should take painkillers and continue practice till 8feb. Please suggest.

Shin pain is very normal while preparing for PET. Massage your legs with oil on the daily basis after the practice and yes if they allow you to postpone your PET date you must go for it. All the best 👍

Bhaiya mai UPSI Ke liye running 5km kiya tha lekin final merit me fail tha aur CPO si ke liye running practice nhi kiya lekin long jump aur high jumb kar le rha hu kya running ho paayega mujhse

Eat something light like chickpea(chan) or fruits like banana or apple. And there is no problem in keeping your body hydrated just don't overtake drink it and you can use washroom just before the 1600m running after taking their permission.

Just believe in yourself mera ek dost tha uske sath bhi last year same timing ki problem aa rhi thi but usne haar nhi naani aur physical wale diye apna best diya positive rehkar and he cleared the physical. Aap jab wahan jayenge wahan ek alg energy feel kroge bus mind mai rakhna k ho hayega tu Puri koshsih krio bus haar ni mananna. All the best for your physicial 👍

Usko count karke measure kiya jata hain infact kayi centres pai woh beech mai se thoda bend hota hai toh kam hi hota hain 1.2m se.

Keep practicing. The more you practice the more confident you'll become and do sprints of 100m 2-3 times on the daily basis. Your timing and speed will improve.👍

Yeh video mai maine jo exercise btayi hain aap unhe daily basis pai karo plus do exercise aur ek toh squat jump aur frog jump inhe bhi kro aapki thigh ki muscles strong hongi aur aapki long and high jump bahut aasani se ho jayegi clear👍

Bhaiya mera physical 6 ko hai lekin mera chest sirf 73 cm hai mujhe physical dene jaana chahiye ya nahi kyunki mera ssc gd paper bhi hai 8 ko 🙏🙏🙏

Aap physical dene toh chale hi jao so that next time aapki jab chest bhi shi hogi aur aap physical dere honge toh aapke andar confidence hoga k running toh maine pehle nhi ki hui hain toh mauka hain toh zarur deke aao👍

Bhai Mera long jump main takeoff ke time line pr foul hojata hain, toh kya udhar line par per rakh sakte hai kya

Nhi line pai zara sa bhi touch huye toh foul hi mana jayega udhar white powder se line bani hogi toh easily visible hogi baaki aap try kro k 13 ya 14 foot marne ki practice mai Tab easily ho jayegi aapki long jump bina foul k👍
