Hi there great information. I am diagnosed with panick disorder, anxiety and depression. I have applied to cpp. I have advocated for myself, I am doing the work to help myself. I'm wondering if you have dealt with more than 1 diagnoses and getting a cpp approval Thanks so much

What do you do if you have two issues that you’re applying for disability one is severe depression that’s been going on since 2005 and the second is fibromyalgia that’s been going on for three years and doesn’t seem to be getting better I am taking medication for both and I am seeing a psychologist and a rheumatologist what do I do with the papers do I submit to individual forms for each one or both on the same form even though they’re from different doctors please help me

We always recommend including both conditions. Sometimes on condition, on its own, isn't enough to meet the test for disability. But, two conditions combined can result in disability. No harm in focusing on both for CPP disability. Sometimes you have to be careful doing with with some disability insurance policies because they may have exclusions for pre-existing conditions. That is not an issue with CPP disability.

Do you know if the doctor states unknown for all Prognosis’s if that will affect my claim?

An "unknown" prognosis is not good or bad. It really depends on your situation. But it is better than doctor saying you will get better in x months.

Hello Mr. David, I am a Canadian citizen lived in BC for over 20 yrs since 2019 I have moved to India as of now I am 60 yrs old and have Type 2 diabetes since 1999, in between I have had depression, anxiety and sleep apnea due to work and family stress. I am taking diabetes and depression medication. I have not applied for CPP yet and would like to know if I will qualify for Disability CPP. Thank you. Bobby
