How are we suppose to know either this works or not? I mean sure the fan starts spinning again, but that doesn't mean the computer itself will function smoothly, you only showed the fan spinning, and the CPU but not the monitor itself, technically the computer might've had some issue on the screen, like nothing shows up, or maybe an error after you somehow scramble things up, in short, this method has a risk that resulting your computer into an error (which i tried with my old computer) so at least for the best, try bringing it into a computer profressional, doing this yourself could or can make your computer broken, even if you replied and said "it works fine" i cnat really confirm it and say it its "Fine" anyways, and do it, because you have no valid proof, maybe im jist Overreacting, or maybe im very cautious about me, maybe both, this is at least just a warning for others that who wants to do it, it depends on what you do whether your used too these kinds of stuff or not.

@@leezgamingz6317 that's not the point. Im looking at this video because I had no display and I just figured that the cpu fan isn't running even though it's plugged in. So I THINK that the cpu cooler is the problem. I'm not 100% on it I'm on my fourth day of attempting, failing, retrying. I don't think that this was the problem all along because the cooler did power in my old case but now that I transferred it is the problem. So don't be a douche bitch, we're here cause we need help, not sassy comments

I have this problem that my CPU fan whe nI boot up my pc ... the fan will be stuck for atleast 1-5 sec... then it will spin afterwards... and its loud.... so I always do is shutting down my pc then try to reopen it or opening my case then try to spin the fan (slowly) then open it again and its not loud anymore

Hello I Have Hp Pro 3400 Series MT The Problem i am facing is power source is showing green light but when i want to turn on the PC it doesn't turn on neither i can hear the fan sound and i infact tried to open the hood to see if fan is running i did i also turned on but the answer is negative for me only green light is on but fan doesn't spin when it's on. so i want to know how i can personally repair it what can be done please help me I can't afford to hire a technician because where i stay technician charge hefty so please help me with this what should i do .
