Because people pay good money for their licenses, including kids. Personally, I never heard of 'woke,' outside of KZbin.

@@SCAW1972 I'm just inferring the reason. I respect whatever language is used. But, before long, one starts to say, "sportsman, or sportswoman." Cowboys and cowgirls. Oxford English Dictionary defines the word, "sportsperson." OED cites that "sportsperson" has been used as early as 1909. Colorado's Rio Grande National Forest was only established the year before, in 1908.
