So you go through all those measurements and adjustments and still have to adjust the thumb wheels after the print starts to get good adhesion. What is the point of the ABL??

So sorry for the delay. Yes, you are right. Maybe we needn't do this because the ABL can add a compensation. But the ABL have a little error is inevitable in theory. So we we can help it maybe will be better! Thanks for your attention!

in this video there are two extremely serious errors that you suggest. The first is the phase where you completely tighten the screws under the heating floor, which is a wrong thing !! The second mistake is to adjust the plate via the screws below while it is printing! At least give the correct information !! I add that the sensor settings should be made hot!

I have a Cr-10s Pro v2. I levelled my X-axis rod and bed, took a print. Evertything is so good so far. But when I cut the power off after a print, left side of the X-axis rod falls down so all of my levelling becomes trash. I have to do this again for the next print. (Eccentric nuts are not loose, they are tight) Any solutions to avoid this falling of? Thanks

Why wouldnt you just use the z adjustment on screen while printing to get the proper first layer? and you didn't mention doing all this with a heated bed so it doesn't change when you heat it up.

I have the problem that der extruder is extremly lose..the. Srews are not tight enough to hold him strait..so what can i do?

It's a good printer but the bed leveling is sooo bad ! I get mixed tutorials from 5 different source. Nobody knows how to level the bed properly even Creality bed leveling videos changes from time to time. There is no save button once you leveled.

My censored light didn't turned off at all , and my #5 is at max high(very tight) and nozzle is too close

My printer was moved from one place to another after a house fire. Now I can't get the cross bar close to the print bed to start the X-axis balance set. It's stops over an inch from where it should be. When I tap the screen to move the cross bar down, it doesn't move. I am also noticing the the light near the print nozzle is blinking blue some times and I don't remember that happening before. Does anyone have a suggestion what I should do to fix this problem?

Received this printer over 2 weeks ago. After loosing a lot of time leveling the bed it finally worked fine for a few days and jobs. Then yesterday going back for a new job, I did as usual the leveling check but it badly crushed on the bed until I could only switch off the machine (apparently no sensor to avoid that and raise automatically the head when this may happen!!). Viewed several video including Creality each with different procedures and setting (?) Can't get it to level properly any more. Since I bought it thru Amazon I have another week to send it back and get refund. No help, even reply from Creality "customer's service" (does it really exists?), so that all I can do send it back and never buy again such from this unreliable equipment and manufacturer!

FORGET AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS PRINTER! I had so much problems with it that I really do not know what to do anymore. Assistance from Creality is nothing than useless and if you ask to return it they just ignore your request. YOU ARE ADVISED!

Bought mine I can't get it level the sensor doesn't sense the distance properly.. So I ordered the inductive one I hope it will work

I use the live Z adjust during printing, it seems there is a massive delay from adjusting the Z, is this normal? Example if you tell the nozzle to go to -0.30, from 0, nothing happens right away. Can you confirm this is normal?

Just got this printer this weelkend, what a headache!!! not because its flawed but because its just confusing, prints like a dream now, love it, first the steel bed it came with was bowed :/ thats just bad! it should be checked, but its only just under £500 so I cant complain, I got an amazing magnetic spring steel plate with PEI coating to replace it, amazing!!!!! the thing that confused me was that the leveling process has very little to do with Z height. it just levels the bed but when you go to print it could be up to a few mm away. either too high or crashes into the bed, the sensor is okish but needs fine tuning, but you can only do that to a point with the little sensitivity screw, thats actually the true level height NOT the 4 height screws you can get it kinda close but not enough to print well, and forget leveling it with a cold bed/nozzle it will fuck up, if your used to limit switches like I was it confusng because for the Z axis this hase none, its the sensor, having it at the manuals height with the supplied thing its just out of reach of the sensors working distance to be consistant, you have to lower it to about 3mm , I had to upgrade the firmware too, to save any z-offset settings which is absurd IMO. you level manually, then adjust the Sensor screw so it just turns on, but thats NOT ENOUGH always you have to (by only printing and hitting adjust) correct the Z offset in an positive fasion, depending how youve turned the sensitivity screw, for me around 20-30 point of a MM watching it as it prints skirts and adjusting watching it print its forst layer, but you HAVE to update the firmware from stock for it to remembner it (i did anyhow) unlike limit switches which never change and either are on or off withought any tollerence the crappy sensor reacts to temprature/dust/moisture blah blah, I got it dialed in but hadve an inductive sensor here ready to install if need be, once you get your head around it its good! I mean REALLY GOOD this things prints so well but its a long process from getting your printer delivered to your door and printing well. so glad I have years of experiance its an amazing printer, but if I was new to all this I would 100% SEND IT BACK.

I WISH I WOULD HAVE STUDIED THIS VIDEO FIRST AS IT IS THE CLEAREST FOR THE ENTIRE SEQUENCE FROM BALANCING HORIZONTAL BAR, SENSOR ADJUST, MANUAL LEVEL, AUTO LEVEL, RECORDING ALL 16 POINTS, EVEN MAKING MINOR MANUAL ADJUST ON FIRST STRING LAY DLOWN, iT DID MISS THE FACT THAT YOU MUST PRESS Z AGAIN TO SAVE AFTER A Z ADJUSTMENT.

Worst printer out of the box experience for new and experienced users. Customer service is non existent and good luck if you have to return for a refund back to China. Stay far away from this printer. And get a PRUSA i3.

Prints will never adhere with 0.2mm gap. I get good adhesion on my CR10Pro, but it needs to be trammed to 0.1 to 0.08mm, while hot. This video is not how to correctly tram the bed on this device. You proved that by having to readjust the thumb wheels. Creality, you need to invest in better manuals, and replace that IR sensor, and invest in proper tech support in North America and Europe or your customers will never come back.
