Maybe if you want to improve you should make CR10 Max so it homes the bed and actually works. It would be wonderful as well if you actually answered support requests so a quite expensive printer could actually be used. It is absolutely unacceptable that there is no help available. While the CR10S burns the control cards, the only problem free Creality printer is the Ender 3 Pro.

2021, May: Don't remember where I have seen it but was available for less than $500. 2 QUESTIONS: - Is the controller board a 32 bit? or 8bit as on the previous Creality models? - where does it fall for noise level? not a value, but a comparison to other silent machines... THIS PRESENTATION!!! To the point, no fluff, no stupid jokes, pacy, thorough, with injected experience... I challenge anyone to match this level of presentation/review... I had seen another review which basically talked me out of this machine... after seeing this one, it is obvious the other presentation was made by one who lacked understanding and failed the machine rather than the other way'round.

In 2021, a few of the issues you had with your printer were not present on my CR-10 Max; the wiring across the X gantry does not sag below the print anymore, it was well above the nozzle, also the wiring out of the back on the Y axis was not short on mine, there were plenty of slack and I saw no reason for concern. HOWEVER, the aluminum extrusions on bottom were definitely not improved; I went ahead and did the fix you showed in your video prior to assembly. Thanks again!
