I have one of these exact guitars from CR Guitars and it's incredible. It's expensive but worth every penny!

Steven Connor hello Steve - what finish is yours? 60's neck? Aged?

That funky riff sold me on the Throback pickups.

wow, I really like the option choices that have been made on the i-35 LC. Especially the neck! Very interesting.

Have you any thoughts about the Collings i35 compared to an i35 LC re tone ec

Throbak 101 or 101+?

I'm super confused. So what's with the pickups? Were they Throbacks, and you upgraded to Lollar, or vice versa, or they were Throbacks and you upgraded to better Throbacks..

Love the color, pick guard, neck binding and Throbak pickups. Lollar low-wind Imperials sound so bland and anemic to me.

Well said. Great players can make any pup sound great, including Lollars, but for the life of me I can't seem to do it especially with Lollars. Throbaks, OTOH, sound much closer to original PAFs. My two cents.

This may be the best demo of what the I35-LC with the Throbaks can do. But I'd like to hear more. Most demos have someone playing their favorite jazz riffs over and over that nobody wants to hear for several minutes.
