Cute little property! Thank-you Paula and team for the showing. For Paula, just a point of English grammar to help you. In Portuguese we say, 'O sol nasce', but in English we say, 'The sun rises', rather than 'is born'. 🤗

Love the recording! The drive to the property and at the end too, seeing a bit of the village, such a nice idea. Can remember this property from a previous recording, but this video really showcase the area and the property. Thank you all 3 👏🏻. A suggestion, consider doing a Q and A video for those interested in relocating to Portugal. Will definitely be valuable and interesting.

Perfect little bolt hole / weekend retreat, would also make for a good rental investment. What do you think the rental income could be Paula / Marlin?

As a investment for short staying like alojamento rural, i'm sure that the profit will be always higher than by monthly rental. But with that comes also the assumption of the cleaning work and other's, done by yourself or by other's.

Для Фабрицио. Остался последний шаг. Тебе надо настроить камеру . Линзы должны быть чистыми .Это пишут многие зрители уже не первый раз. Настроить баланс белого и цветовую температуру ( на первых кадрах у Паолы кожа неестественно оранжевого цвета). Любой источник света в кадре вызывает засветку и делает всю картинку "белесой". Белая блузка дает светящееся пятно с размытыми контурами в кадре. Может быть тебе надо изменить способ замера экспозиции или ввести экспокоррекцию. Или обратиться за консультацией к специалисту, может быть к кому то из блогеров , которым вы не создадите конкуренцию.
