CR250 2-Stroke Test Braaaps

Testing my rebuilded -95 Honda CR250, runs good on the pipe, but no low end power because the power valve is stuck open.

Sorry second comment but it must be said, our kids may struggle to hear sounds like this coming from off road bikes, the electric age will make it all rosey and silent, but for me the sound like a v8 car without a particulate filter or a turbo is just right, the sound is the dimension that makes you want to ring the car or bikes neck a bit more just for the noise , it makes the sensation of speed more real, I have collected 2 strokes for years just for the experience to be passed on to my kids and grandkids the 2 stroke is dead long live the 2 stroke motorcycle music.

Joo, Kawa ja Honda on mun omat suosikki merkit, kummatkin on todella hyviä pyöriä jos on iskussa.Vanhoissa pyörissä kannattaa olla tarkkana missä kunnossa on, nämä yleensä vaati ison remontin, omaankin CR250 jouduin ostamaan uuden moottorin alakerran kun oli lohkot paskana.

Nyt mulla on kestänyt kun on laitettu uus alakerta, lohkot oli paskana ja paloi vaihteistoöljyä, vielä pitäis saada pakoaukonsäätäjä toimimaan :D Huomiota kannattaa ainakin kiinnittää koneen alakertaan ja ilmavuotoihin, linkunlaakerit, ne on tyyppivikoja näissä vanhoissa hondissa.
