Reservist does more then just increased suppression. Reservist: +50% suppress damage received +20% aim time -5%pt. Static Accuracy -5%pt. Motion Accuracy +15% reload time

Mirage 3 is a very old plane (designed at the end of the 50'. As old as some Saber variants...), it's probably the reason for the 8HP.
