Are those zip ties holding the rear fender together? Lol guessing someone got a little throttle happy and flipped it over and used zipties to hold the fender back together.

Yup couple zip tie and actually not sure i know it never been dropped but it is cracked no biggy ima put new plastic this summer🤟🏻
