We enjoy Bad Monkey. Always great sandwiches. I will say if you enjoy fries, order their truffle fries! They are great!! They drizzle a truffle oil over the fries and parm cheese.

Definitely on the smaller side, but I know a bunch of restaurants go by weight. With it having so much more meat than others, it very well could be the same weight.

Same guy John that owns bad monkey also has ownes Fagers Island for many years. He also owned the Coconut Malorie Hotel but his wife got it during thier divorce. . We usually go to OC during the summer & Thandkgiving week. Fagers Island has prime rib halve price on Monday nights from now to eatly spring. First halve price prime rib that I got was best in class. Following year mostly chewey fat that even a fog wouldn't eat.

Try harpoon Hannas for half price prime rib. We love it there especially with the fireplace overlooking the water.

Bad Monkey... my favorite place EVER! Their breakfast is delicious. The monkey bread is to die for. They also have the Mac Attack which is a burger with fried mac and cheese. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to seafood so I've never had their crab cake. Looks amazing though! If they have leftover monkey bread, they sell it separately later in the day.

I would if we ate it as a sandwich, it was WAY too big. Just like Fagers. But the crab cake alone was great. I liked it.

A friend told me to go there for the burgers. They are 8 oz burgers. I didn’t get the crabcakes because at the time I was hungry for a burger. Wish I would have known.

Jay, did you know that John Fager owns bad Monkey? I think I’ll stick with Captains Galley, hey don’t blame me, you got me going there!😂😂👍 Overall for foid bad monkey is OK. It’s kind of more of a tourist trap to me. Not that the food is bad. I’d say go for the vibe more than the food. Since I haven’t been able to get there cause it’s always so crowded, I’d love to see you do a review of Sunset Grill crabcakes. I heard they’re pretty good. Since I only live 2 miles away maybe I should just get carry out to try it. 😂😂😂. Thanks for the review, they are always fun!

Just FYI....Ripieno's is pronounced RipeeAno's. Where's your ball cap Jay? You have CURLS! I nearly choked ......$50 for two sandwiches and fries! With drinks and tip that's probably close to $75 or $80! And that's without your kids!! I don't care if it is crab! YIKES!! But I live in a small town in PA and all we have here are chain restaurants. But boy...did that look good! I think I would have to order it off the bun....bun on the side rather than a sandwich if I were eating it at BM. Another good video sir.

Yeah they definitely were. Overall they seemed small, but I guess if you go by weight, with all the meat, they may be bigger? I don't know, just a thought.

Went to the same one in October. Had burgers and they were ok. Was the same as your crab cakes, lots of bread and very little burger. Not worth the price. Haven't gone back.
