how is Bayside Skillet not on this list they are amazing and one few places that doesnt charge you for sharing. also Ropewalk is 10/10 for me been few times now and they been amazing, great out door seating too and my go to now that BJ's is gone

Bayside Skillet is a good one with that fresh squeeze OJ🚀 Ropewalk does have a really cool huge outside area but can’t vouch much on the food there though. Just my opinion🙌🏼

We like both of the Loyten locations for breakfast. For seafood like Harrison's at the South end of Boardwalk ( try to get a table by a window to watch the boats coming they inlet. For Italian we love Taste If Italy. Can never finish the large chicken parm. Try to hit Fagers just before sunset to not only enjoy the delicious food but sunset view over the bay and daily playing of the 1812 Overture at sunset.

I'm glad you didn't mention Higgin's Crab House and their "restricted" all you can eat crab legs ... if it's restricted, then it's not ALL YOU CAN EAT, is it? Plus, it's expensive and not very good for the money. That was a disappointing visit and we won't be going back.

Ocean 13 is my favorite! Of the ones in your list The Shark, Sunset Grille, and Barn 34 have been great. Leo's Seafood uptown is a bit of a hidden gem too even if it's more of a lower cost spot.

I have been to the Shrimp Boat on Route 611 West OC. Crabs were good and Softcrab also.

Sunset Grill, is this the place that has had several fires over the tears?. We go on down to Martins seafood and sit outside on the deck. Fresh seafood and sides.

I need to check out Martin's as I've never tried them out but heard good things! The fires were the old Capt. Galleys building that turned into Mad Fish and now Pier 23.

So interesting! As a “tourist” of 35 yrs (maybe missed 1 or 2 summers lol) I have only been to 6 of your 20 places. My mother in law fulfilled a life long dream and bought a small condo 5 yrs ago. So we do visit more often now. Have been trying different places so I took some notes from your recommendations. I have to give Lombardi’s a shout out, maybe not fancy but always a solid meal. We are into Matt’s Fish Camp right now, although I do realize they are “chain” restaurants for that area. Agree, an amazing time is always had at Sunset Grill especially around White Marlin!! We love that. Crab Alley has the best fried chicken! I know, seafood is awesome too but that fried chicken! Thanks for your suggestions, will be trying them out!

@@NCMCPlantier Thanks for watching and glad maybe it’ll give you more places to try when in town! So hard to narrow down. Lombardi’s is very good and Matt’s Fishcamp. I’ll be doing a Delaware side video soon. Also Crab Alley’s potato salad with a little dash of that dill seasoning they use❤️ I’ll have to try their fried chicken now. Great place!

Love the concept of your list. And reasonable people will always disagree. But there were a few notable great places left off. Nick's House of Ribs. Big Peckers Grill. Bayside Skillet. Keep it real!
