🦀 Kerala-Style Crab Curry: The first dish is a classic Kerala crab curry, made with freshly grated coconut, coriander, and a blend of aromatic spices. This rich and flavorful curry captures the essence of Kerala’s traditional cooking, offering a perfect balance of spice and creaminess.
🌿 Green Masala Crab Roast: For the second dish, I prepared a spicy and flavorful Green Masala Crab Roast. The crabs are cooked in a unique green masala made by grinding fresh coriander leaves, mint, and Bird’s eye chillies. This roast is bursting with bold flavors and pairs perfectly with the milder curry.

The best part is pouring tea in the glass and the colour of the green leaf paste. Once I had an experience in Calicut beach, fishermen were catching crabs in the rain. The net was full of crabs. Bincy, you really take so much of pain to prepare the food and at the end sharing with others is the greatest joy in life. You are so lucky.

Boiled tapioca instead of white rice... brilliant! I used to eat boiled tapioca with freshly grated coconut mixed with sea salt and dried fish at my grandma's place when I was a kid. That was the ultimate comfort food!
