Looks good maybe next time uses Mayo and sour cream instead of cream cheese as even soften cream cheese is still to firm cause you to have to really mix thoroughly and breaking up those crab chunks into bits that look like tuna when working with lump crab meat or chunky crab you always wanna fold it in rather than mixing it!

I thought the same thing about breaking up the crab. I also thought I would mix all the seasonings first with the cream cheese and the mayo, and get that mixture mixed up loose before also "folding" in the crab. I also thought about adding chopped spiniach, as there are many recipes that just do the spinach and cream cheese. My only thoughts on that would be, maybe not alot with the crab, because I would be afraid the spinach would take over flavor wise. I dont want to add all that beautiful crab and not taste it. I guess its just one of those things you have to try.

Im glad i did this recipe.i love it the bad thing is. I share it w my kids. Now they don't want nothing else.and i have them coming in 24x7 asking to make it. U mean who whats to eat stuff salmon at 6am?? But no joke you most try it. I think i have OD with this recepy and u lose weigth too!!!! Tku so much!!
