I’ve made this several times. One of my favorites.. If you don’t have crab, stuff it with cut Pieces of shrimp and still top it with shrimp, just as good lol

...This was a win for sure... I would only say that you need not cook the spinach... You should sautee' the garlic and cool, cut the spinach up (removing stems) and mix spinach, garlic, and softened cream cheese... Once you stuff the flanks and cook them in the pan the spinach will cook easily... This way you are not cooking all the vitamins out if the spinach by the time the fish is ready... This looks magnificent 👌...

Let me just say this recipe is delicious!!! My family tore this up. I made a couple of adjustments. I used claw crab instead of lump and I added fresh jalapeños to the cream cheese mixture. I served this with roasted veggies and a tossed salad. Your videos have inspired me to get back into cooking and I am a fan!

TAMMY!!!!!!!!! GIRLLLLL!!!! I made this tonight for dinner. Me and my bf thank you. Blessings on your family for generations, girl! This was amazing. The video and the recipe was so descriptive and easy to follow. I have never made stuffed anything, lol. And he and I killed this. We didn't have lump crab meat at my supermarket so I used claw and it came out great. I made garlic mashed potatoes (quick potatoes, sorry girl lol) and made some mixed veggies.
